Pork Loin

This dish looks so advanced but it’s really easy! Charm anyone with your culinary skills by making this pork loin with veggies.

You need:

1.5-2 pound pork loin

2 cups of organic or low sodium chicken broth

EVOO

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp rosemary

Veggies of choice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make a paste out of rosemary, salt and pepper, and garlic. I simply mash with a fork.

Place 1/2 paste in pockets and coat the loin with remainder and the olive oil.

Place veggies in dish. I used carrots, onion, celery, and red potatoes. Add a little salt and pepper and pour in the broth.

Bake for one hour, basting and turning every 15 minutes.
