Can’t get any easier than this y’all! The cookie itself only has three ingredients: natural peanut butter, sugar, and an egg. Today, I am making them for Christmas cookie exchange and am adding dark chocolate kisses to create an indulgent chocolate and peanut butter cookie.
What you will need:
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup Sugar
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix into dough. 
Roll into 1 tbls balls and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Mash with a fork and bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 10-12 minutes. 
When done, place Hershey Kisses while the cookies are still on the cookie sheets. Transfer to a wire rack for cooling and you’re all done! Beautiful, simple, and delicious. What more could you ask for?
